These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Kramer's Tumbleweeds Co. LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating the TruckMeet platform ("TruckMeet," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using TruckMeet at truckmeet.polsia.app or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TruckMeet after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
TruckMeet is available to users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:
TruckMeet serves three types of users: food truck operators who create and manage profiles, businesses and companies seeking food truck services, and customers looking to find trucks in their area.
When you register a food truck profile on TruckMeet, you are responsible for all information you provide, including your truck's name, description, location, schedule, and contact details. You agree that:
By submitting content to TruckMeet, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content as part of operating the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
TruckMeet is a networking and discovery platform. We do not:
Any agreements, bookings, or arrangements made between users are solely between those parties. TruckMeet is not a party to those arrangements and has no liability for their outcome.
The TruckMeet platform, including its design, code, branding, and features, is the property of Kramer's Tumbleweeds Co. LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written consent.
User-submitted content remains the property of the user who submitted it, subject to the license granted in Section 3.
TruckMeet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kramer's Tumbleweeds Co. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of TruckMeet, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business, or lost data.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to TruckMeet at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity.
You may request removal of your truck profile at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will process removal requests within a reasonable time.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving notice.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of TruckMeet after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
